This work analyzes the practices of the universities in function of the integral human development of the members of their educational community, assuming as a problem: To what extent does the managerial action achieve the transformation of the university partner space in order to generate human development? And it aims to develop a System of institutional strategies for the development of community educational partner environments at UNIANDES Quevedo University. Various methods were used, including modeling, systemic, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, and historical. A system of management strategies is provided that is applied at the UNIANDES Quevedo University, which has allowed the expansion, creation and alignment of training, cultural and sports partner spaces depending on the university community.
