Abstract

DIAZ VAZQUEZ, Rita Azucena  and  ACOSTA ESPINOZA, Jorge Lenin. Training of educational skills in e-commerce and augmented reality to raise digital marketing in the company "expression" of the city of Ibarra. Conrado [online]. 2021, vol.17, n.78, pp. 54-60.  Epub Feb 02, 2021. ISSN 1990-8644.

The educational competences are present in all branches of knowledge. The university creates spaces of analysis for the formation of skills that contribute to achieve the proposed objectives. In this sense, from an educational approach, augmented reality (AR) allows interaction from fixed environments, such as desktop computers and web applications, or through mobile devices such as smart phones or any device capable of accessing the Internet. The inclusion of AR in computer applications is generating a revolution in several areas of daily life. In the case of e-commerce, the possibility of including animation will give potential customers the advantage of testing the item before buying it, and even get a second opinion online about the convenience or not of the purchase. With the use of the AR and an intelligent cell phone it will be possible to enrich the information and advertising of a certain article, including specific information, thanks to the facilities that these devices have such as the video camera and readers of various types of codes which are already printed on the products, it will be possible to obtain extra information with which to make a better choice when buying a product. This type of application is useful in e-commerce.

Keywords : Augmented reality; e-commerce; mobile access; animation; client; seller; product.
