Abstract

The study carried out contributes to the formation of skills in order to promote the correct way of tasting a wine in our daily life. It is usual to smell, taste, savour and then share our experience with the people around us. The opinions expressed about certain products, such as wine, are taken into account by the consumer on numerous occasions, and this is very valuable for the people who listen to us, see us and who are lovers of good wine. Each one can agree or not, can feel the same or a different flavor of each wine, but in any case there are always referents, experts trained from whom we trust to know if a product is of good or bad quality, is rich or not, before buying it. This is a way of checking that the investment we are going to make will satisfy our needs and expectations. The tasting of a wine is fundamental, on this depends that you can consume a wine of excellent quality, satisfy the needs and good taste of each person, since wine is not a banal consumption, but a tasting of each of the components of the wine, in order to enjoy it in all its fullness, depending on the sensory analysis that each person can make.
