Abstract

The study analyzes the communicative process among the actors of the university educational community, its objective: to describe the importance of pedagogical communication in the improvement of the Teaching-Learning processes and its contribution in the formation of new professionals in law, demonstrating that evaluation, innovation and pedagogical research are strategies that help and facilitate, significantly. The study is based on a descriptive-comparative analysis conducted during the academic period April-August 2018 with teachers, students and educational community in the "UNIANDES" Riobamba, Law Career; the study was qualitative, descriptive-explicative and founded, is framed within the critical theory, constructivism and alternative paradigm, has a humanistic-pluralistic character. Results found: the educational processes in law classes are developed outside of pedagogical communication, a quality evaluation allows the improvement of legal educational communication, pedagogical communication contributes to the improvement of the quality of learning in law, innovation and pedagogical research develop communicative, scientific and legal competencies. Conclusions reached: the educational process in the learning of law must be more effective, efficient and productive; it is necessary to develop a culture of pedagogical communication, to provide teachers with strategies of pedagogical-legal innovation and research, to promote attractive spaces for academic participation of students, teachers and the educational community.
