The crime of femicide leads to the deterioration and fragmentation of the cell of Ecuadorian society. Parents, children, siblings, and grandparents are indirect victims who suffer the consequences of violence and the death of women due to their gender condition. The family experiences at every link in its chain the effects of sexual exploitation, psychological injury, and physical deterioration. On the other hand, children and adolescents are left economically and legally helpless to survive, because the legislative system presents cracks in the protection of direct and indirect victims. The increase in vulnerable families grows as gender violence against women increases every year. Therefore, the objective is to determine the effects of femicide in the family environment by means of the General Problem-Solving method and the Ishikawa Diagram to group the main causes into groups of factors that influence family degradation. In the development of the analysis, the necessary skills of the experts in the decision-making of the experiment were validated. Among the results, the foundations are established to promote projects and programs to mitigate the effects derived from the disintegration of the family bosom.
