Higher education has a social responsibility to satisfy the technical, economic and social needs of a country, which implies, above all, to train a professional committed to his work and to the society in which he is inserted, being able to solve the problems that it faces. with strong values. Ethics training is considered a necessity, on the way to achieve, in graduates, high levels of quality in their job performance. Based on this, the work presented is the partial result of a doctoral research, which aims to develop a system of integrative teaching tasks from the work practice of accounting science students. In the research, theoretical and empirical methods were used that allowed to propose as a contribution to the theory manifested in the articulation that is established between the ethical norms and principles with the disciplinary contents of the Accounting and Financial Labor Practice to enhance the ethical training of the Graduate in Accounting and Finance and as a contribution to the practice of a system of teaching tasks the proposal of a system of integrative teaching tasks for ethical training in students of the Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
