Generating an academic integration between links and research is an important task to enhance academic practice for the benefit of society. Integrating projects of the Business Administration career at UNIANDES-Ibarra were considered. The research was qualitative, non-experimental, and descriptive, 424 integrative projects developed from 2011 to 2019 were analyzed. These integrative projects have had a positive impact on society, especially those outlined in the seventh level that have contributed to the generation of employment for people with visual disabilities in the province of Imbabura, in conclusion, it can be said that career integration projects are relevant and contribute to local development, achieving a true interrelation between research and linkage.
