The main objective of this research was to analyze different systematized reviews of literature related to good practices in the use of information and communication technologies for the development of competences, at different levels of education. To do this, we have made a review of different articles published in scientific journals indexed in electronic databases using predetermined criteria for search, filter and selection. Scientific articles focused on variables similar to the present investigation were reviewed. Different theories were compared trying to understand in depth the contributions of knowledge based on comparisons, all this helped the authors to have a more critical appreciation of the identified problem and give an explanation based on the articles reviewed.
