Abstract
GONZALEZ DIAZ, Héctor Luis; PENA LOPEZ, Omar Alejandro and MENA PEREZ, Ovel. Biomechanical study of the Gyakutsuki technique in karate do sport, using the hu-m-an 5.0 software. Conrado [online]. 2021, vol.17, n.83, pp. 49-54. Epub Dec 10, 2021. ISSN 1990-8644.
The increasingly high challenges of modern sport require facing the sports training process with a scientific perspective where the search and constant application of new technologies help athletes achieve competitive results of excellence. In this sense, Karate Do, sport extremely complex and with a growing hobby, it was included in these technological premises a few years ago. In the present investigation, a biomechanical study of the Gyaku Tsuki technique was carried out with the aim of describing possible flaws that lead to deforming the technique during its execution. For this, a male athlete from the team of the Manuel Fajardo University of Physical Culture and Sports Sciences of Havana (UCCFD) was analyzed. Scientific research methods and techniques such as analytical - synthetic, inductive - deductive, document analysis, observation and interview were used. A film of the athlete under study was made; the Gyaku Tsuki technique was subdivided into three phases and analyzed in detail through the Hu-m-an 5.0 software, which allowed identifying the main errors made by the athlete when executing said technique.
