Abstract

The purpose of the research was to analyze the processes of social appropriation of the knowledge of the graduates of the Psychology program of FUNDES 2007-2019, in terms of its coherence with the occupational training profile offered by the program. The analytical method was the way forward in the rigorous development of approach to the object of study; for which analysis matrices were elaborated, which allowed to demonstrate the coherence between the profile of occupational training of FUNDES and the work and professional performance of the graduates. The processes of social appropriation of knowledge identified as the development of instruments and support material for the populations under study in their student life through the documentary review of 140 degree works between 2007-2019. As well as the application of 27 semi-structured interviews with graduates in their work and professional development. The task of FUNDES is to generate more research spaces, from the promotion and formulation of research projects, based on the acquisition of knowledge, not only in the different ways that go to the community but also in communication and transfer practices of knowledge, managed by scientific community.
