The research was carried out at the Marco Vinicio Iza Hospital, in the city of Lago Agüío, Sucumbíos province, whose general objective is to develop a humanized care guide provided by the nursing staff to patients admitted to the gynecology service, in order to strengthen knowledge in the humanization of nursing care for professionals. The instrument Perception of Caring Behaviors was used. Humanized Nursing, PCHE 3rd version. The same was applied to a population of 30 patients from the gynecology service, which helped collect real information. Among the main results obtained in terms of prioritizing the subject of care, 30% of hospitalized patients in gynecology have not received humanized nursing care and this point should be improved in all its dimensions. In contrast, within the category openness to communication, 40% stated that what is described in this dimension is moderately fulfilled to provide health education to the person. With the results obtained, the humanization of nursing care guide was presented, where care is the central pillar to provide quality care and warmth.
