Schools and universities face the debate and the realization of the values education of their students. The research has been developed in the INSUTEC Educational Unit and UNIANDES Quevedo University, aimed at observing, interpreting and transforming the actions of teachers in the work of axiology training of students in their courses. The objective was to develop a strategy of axiological empowerment from the teaching performance to improve the human formation of the students. We proceeded with a quali-quantitative approach and a propositive scope, using methods such as: analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, modeling, systemic, which evidenced the problem of axiological formation and its complexities during the teaching practice. The main result in the didactic pedagogical actions that from the elaborated strategy are projected as intervention tools both in teacher empowerment and in the academic work developed by the teachers.
