The management models that were in took into account until the early 1970s are now completely obsolete, although the paradigms associated with the old management models are so powerful that they still exist, in whole or in part, in most educational institutions today. It is important to be clear that, while most universities adhere to the previous model, even if only partially, they are not the companies of the past. These have been extinguished due to lack of competitiveness and new universities have emerged that have been based on current technological advances. This article presents a model of academic quality management whose main objective is to present the Activity Management System of the University of Tourism Specialties in a plan that aims at the continuous improvement of all educational services offered. This includes a detailed analysis and evaluation of the essential elements of educational work, namely: students and graduates, material resources and infrastructure, curriculum, academic staff, administration, educational research, and university planning. Theoretical and empirical methods are used for this purpose, which served to develop the research.
