The University Extension Process as a comprehensive training process for cultural promotion specifies the social responsibility of the University in its direct relationship with the demands of society. The continuous improvement of this process constitutes a strategy that allows universities to generate value continuously, adapting to changes in the environment and satisfying the needs and expectations of students and society permanently. The objective of this research is to identify opportunities for improvement in the University Extension Process of the Faculty of Tourism of the University of Havana. To achieve the proposed objective, was used the Strategic Objectives - Impact Matrix on clients and processes to determine the sub-processes to improve within the University Extension Process and the Analytic Hierarchy Process Method to establish the relative importance of the selected evaluation criteria.
