Abstract

This article is of a quantitative nature based on the use of multivariate statistical techniques, within which, the importance of education as a link for insertion in the labor market is focused and aimed to analyze whether education is a determining factor in the employability of graduates. A convenience sampling was applied that was composed of 168 professionals, in which it was possible to determine from a canonical correlation analysis, the existence of an association and positive correlation between the characteristics of graduates with education and their experience.
