VEGA OBACO, Bryan Paul; AVILEZ SANDOVAL, Nicoll María; MALDONADO MANZANO, Rosa Leonor  and  VINUEZA OCHOA, Nelly Valeria. Design and validation of a practical student workshop in law school. Conrado [online]. 2022, vol.18, n.88, pp. 297-307.  Epub Oct 27, 2022. ISSN 1990-8644.

The use of the methodological proposal in the form of a practical student workshop is considered an effective tool to achieve this purpose. Through interviews with researchers, it became evident the need to validate this type of proposal by experts for its immediate implementation and application in the city of Babahoyo. For this reason, the general objective of the research was to design and validate a practical student workshop in the evaluation of the Right to Good Living in the city mentioned above. For its fulfillment, the fusion of the Delphi and Kendall methods was used in the search for selecting a group of experts through their level of knowledge and achieving their consensus regarding the evaluation of the proposed criteria. The cut through Kendall's comparison factor made it possible to determine the criteria to be strengthened in the design of the methodological proposal and the methodology designed was outlined for its application to other educational tools.
