The development and influence of Information and Communication Technologies leaves its mark on all social processes and, above all, constitutes the challenge in formal and informal training processes, now open to a new type of influence. In universities, technologies and learning from the virtualization of processes gained formal space in curriculum development, however, the question of how to achieve the training of youth leaders in times of confinement was assumed as a challenge. The systematization of experiences in these last two years values ​​youth leadership in networks as a potential to increase participation and learning in a new type of socialization that is inserted in the process of training university students based on new postulates. With the aim of socializing the results of the development experience at the "Carlos Rafael Rodríguez" University of Cienfuegos (UCf), this communication presents the references and results that emerge from practice and that consolidate the theoretical and methodological projection of a project that aims to lay down the guidelines to stimulate leadership training initiatives in and from social networks.
