To study the historical elements of the town from the subjects of fourth grade of the primary school has multiple potentialities, because through their development the scholar knows the historical facts, phenomena, personalities of his town, he comes closer to his roots, to his identity, therefore the analysis of the historical contents in classes will be taken advantage of in a different way so that the scholar sits down pride for the earth in that he was born and he lives at the moment. He/she intends as objective to base the potentialities of the development of historical elements of the town in the subjects of fourth grade of the primary school. In the investigation, different methods like the historical-logical, analytic-synthetic, the observation and the percentage analysis were used that facilitated to base, to diagnose the related with the topic that is investigated. The use of the potentialities of historical elements of the town in the subjects of fourth grade of the primary school during its implementation in the pedagogic practice, allowed establishing actions during the planning, execution, control and evaluation of the teaching-learning process, responding to the demands of the Third Improvement.
