Postgraduate education has as essential objectives the academic training and continuous improvement of university graduates throughout their professional life. The research responds to the need to train doctors of science due to the insufficient number of doctors at the University of Medical Sciences of Havana. The objective of the work is to implement a program Workshop design of the project directed to the Applicants and Doctoral Students of the Enrique Cabrera Faculty of Medical Sciences who opt for the scientific degree of Doctor in Medical Sciences, Stomatological Sciences, Nursing Sciences and Medical Education Sciences. Methodology. With a mixed approach from a dialectical position of the research through a descriptive study. The program was designed Project design workshop based on the stages of curricular planning in medical education and learning needs.
