SILVA MONTOYA, Oscar Fabián  and  DIAZ GAMBOA, Edith Eugenia. Proposal for postgraduate training arising from the analysis of control actions in the Public Administration. Conrado [online]. 2023, vol.19, n.93, pp. 136-143.  Epub July 07, 2023. ISSN 1990-8644.

It is the role of the State to carry out the control and supervision of its activities and for this it has mechanisms designed for this task. The role of the State Comptroller General is then to execute the same governing verbs regarding the functions of public servants and individuals who manage public resources. But as in any system that depends on man, errors and failures are frequently made. As a result of these violations, the need to train professionals in the field is noted, in order to achieve strict compliance with the law. The objective of this work is to determine the need for training of the professionals in charge of the control system of the General Comptroller of the State. Postgraduate training in law is very important as it allows professionals to specialize in a certain area and improve their research and problem-solving skills. Having professionals who have completed postgraduate studies can contribute to the development and competitiveness of organizations. The need to broaden the spectrum of knowledge of the comptrollers was demonstrated, for a better service to the State and its citizens.
