Abstract

TORRES CARDOSO, Carlos Luis; COMPANIONI ALVAREZ, Inés  and  ALIAGA LOPEZ, Marisbel. Continuing Didactic Training in the preparation of teachers in the Primary Teacher specialty. Conrado [online]. 2024, vol.20, n.96, pp. 8-14.  Epub Feb 28, 2024. ISSN 1990-8644.

The teachers of the pedagogical schools of the Primary Teacher specialty that teach the subjects of the Private Didactics, need to be systematically prepared to develop the pedagogical professional ability to direct the educational process in general and the teaching-learning process in particular, for which they conceive the practice work of each year in a logical, systemic sequence and as an interdisciplinary node. The preparation is part of the Technical Council to nine teachers responsible for subjects. Given the insufficient didactic training that they have, because they come from different plans and modalities of degree, the graduated objectives are promoted from the first to the fourth year of the specialty. The content is systematized with the use of theoretical level methods. It is the purpose of this article to offer the considerations that support the definition of continuous didactic training, its requirements, the conception of the work practice of students of pedagogical schools as an interdisciplinary node and the potential of methodological work through the Technical Council and class visits to teachers of the pedagogical schools of the Primary Teacher specialty.
