Presently article the author intrudes in each agent's superation in the inclusive educational attention as one of the most significant challenges that nowadays is outlined to the inclusive education and like challenge should be alternative for the professional superation of the agents that are in service and that they have difficulties of to assist and to accept the new paradigm of the inclusive educational attention, for that it is necessary that they have a solid instruction and education, develop capacities that allow him to be guided in the varied categories and models of inclusive teaching that are required at the present time, the transformations that are come operating in the system educational angolano, for the inclusive educational attention they have as purpose to guarantee that each boy, youth and adult, obtain the same educational opportunities, it doesn't care which it is their social class, belief or deficiency, but that they have in mind that while they are civic of the native Angolana, they are entitled to the educational attention that guarantees him a maximum development of their personality, in correspondence with their real and objective possibilities, to value the necessity of learning of the four pillars of the education in the agent's supertion is the purpose.
