Abstract

This paper is the result of the systematization of some articles, papers and scientific documents, in addition to the authors' doctoral dissertations which have been proposed around the importance of communication and human relations in the process of teaching - learning in search of a human and professional development of graduates. It seeks to warning the actors of these processes, to involve these two elements, communication and human relations, which are considered of utmost importance, even though it is recognized that it is not easy to introduce them in the student’s training process, since they must be transversal in that process and to achieve it the professors must have an proper willingness and training due to they are considered as the cornerstone in this process and knowing that this staging implies changes in teaching practice.
