This article presents to Julián del Casal as necessary poet, that should be studing profunditly in the national literatura. From the travel for importants aspets of his life, and his poets compositions, to reveal his poet identity inside the modern movement. Also, have to bear the critical voice and to as sume diferents positions that, together Casal´s Works, to revel his poet identity.
