The social status of a language guarantees it, on all the things, its use level on the part of natural users and of those that use it like a second talkative option. In the case of the Cuban Language of Signs (LSC) he/she had a first recognition of institutional character in the year 1994 but in function of their legal status projects of sociocultural and scientific development are undertaken that guarantee to promote and to sustain the linguistic, didactic and cultural values that it possesses the same one. The course to “Become trained LSC”, it was conceived with the objective of to sensitize to the Cuban society with the particularities of Deaf people and to achieve the formation of talkative basic abilities in LCS in the population to break talkative barriers and to guarantee bigger levels of social inclusion. This course was conceived for its projection through the Cuban TV, in the program University for All and its conception was carried out starting from the use of search methods and treatment to the information and the didactic, methodological prosecution and graphic and audiovisual technician of the same one. About the conception of this product he/she is carried out a detailed and more illustrative analysis during the development of this work.
