The distinction of the work of the political cadre in terms of the diversity of fronts that it aims, makes indispensable a particular, holistic, interdisciplinary view, the appropriation of a system of professional and personological resources that give content to their professional competences in continuous training to achieve a successful performance in favor of social development. Beyond achieving quality in the convocation, orientation, teaching and control, it is about the Cuban reality of motivations, feelings, convictions and loyalty that distinguish the cadre in society and ensure optimism and unity of thought and action to be imitated by everyone
