The present article provides vital importance for professional primary education at superior level because it studies the musical components around the teaching-learning proceedings of the musical education to the primary teachers as well as his treatment. Besides, it gives a brief panoramic view about historical development of music education in Cuba and some or our most important teachers about the scientific education. This article also contribute to support the whole work fulfilled at the primary school about music education where the professional educator must be fully prepared in order to confront challengers about the actual Cuban education at school, family end community. A very important aspect for the music education teachers is the sensitive acknowledgment of the artistic value in manifestations at the classroom about the universal, national and local with an ethic and esthetic sense in accordance with the aspiration to make citizens having a general and integral culture, which becomes part of the strategy from the esthetic education to provide the appreciation of the foremost elements and develop them from the artistic manifestations.
