Abstract

To describe the relationships between the theory of Advanced Education and the science of Nursing in benefit of the implementation of the curricular strategy of Natural and Traditional Medicine in the discipline of Nursing. Development: As an alternative paradigm aimed at resolving the contradiction between the needs of society, for sustainable development, emerges The theory of Advanced Education. What results in an incalculable value for the tools that it contributes, to itself and to other related sciences, such as the science of Nursing. The distinctive elements of this educational theory, such as permanent improvement, apply to the context of Natural and Traditional Medicine. Through the curricular strategy, assumed by the Nursing teacher, the professional responsible for the comprehensive training of the student in this discipline. 31 references were consulted, obtained from bibliographic databases on the Internet. The updated literature shows the relationships that are established between the theories of Advanced Education, the theories of Nursing and Natural and Traditional Medicine. As well as the curricular strategy, an educational resource, assumed by the teacher, for the comprehensive training of the student, from the discipline of Nursing. The performance of the Nursing teacher in relation to Natural and Traditional Medicine is defined. From the relationships that are established between the theories addressed, in order to achieve the good performance of this professional; according to the training needs from the Nursing discipline, to solve health problems present in society.
