The National Health System, and in particular the stomatology subsystem, requires visionary, motivating managers, capable of preserving the conquests achieved.

To design an educational strategy aimed at raising the level of knowledge of managers of dentistry services in health administration in Camagüey.

A research was carried out in Health Systems and Services in the period from December 2019 to February 2021. The study population was selected by convenience and was composed of 26 dentistry services managers. In addition, seven dentists specialized in health organization and administration were included and participated in the assessment of the strategy. Theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used. A bibliographic review was conducted on the subject under study through Pubmed/Medline, SciELO and the Cuban journals Infodir and Public Health, for which the key words recognized in the DeCS were used as: Educational strategy, health administration, managers, level of knowledge.

An educational strategy for improvement in health administration was obtained, validated by specialists as a pertinent, flexible, objective proposal, with possibilities of application, with actuality and validity of the subject matter.

Keywords : educational strategy; health administration; managers; level of knowledge.
