Abstract

CARRENO CUADOR, Jenry. Methodological design for the marketing strategy of health education services. Infodir [online]. 2022, n.39  Epub Dec 01, 2022. ISSN 1996-3521.

Introduction:

The Ministry of Public Health of Cuba offers international educational services, through undergraduate courses, training, diplomas, master's degrees and doctorates, aimed at foreigners financed by governments or self-financed; the latter, as an alternative aimed at strengthening their export management. The call of international organizations to increase investment in higher education to maintain quality and equity, is an opportunity to enter the market, but it requires having competitive services, due to their quality and diversity, taking advantage of the potential of the System Nacional de Salud and make them stand out for their quality and humanism.

Objective:

To expose the methods, techniques and procedures used in the research carried out to design a marketing strategy for educational health services, in each of the stages in which it was passed to reach the partial and final results.

Development:

The design of strategies for educational services at the international level requires having adequate methodological tools for research that allow obtaining the required inputs.

Conclusions:

The methods, techniques and procedures used in the research allow the design of a marketing strategy for Cuban health educational services with a pertinent, updated, scientific, necessary and applicable approach. The necessary inputs were obtained, they constitute arguments in favor of considering that there is a methodological tool for addressing this type of project for Cuba and certain regions and countries.
