Abstract

The present study evaluated the effect of the application of the bioplagicide Trichoderma sp through localized watering system by micro sprinkling, compared with the foliate sprinkling with the use of the fumigation backpack, in the control of the fungous illness Tizón temprano (Alternaria solani Soaruer); as well as its influence in the efficiency and its components during the tomato variety Vyta crop. The effect of the biopreparat Trichoderma was proven to reduce the incidence of the illness to a 32% when it was applied by the watering system and in 26% for foliate sprinkling. On the other hand, the stimulating effect of this product was observed in the efficiency of the crop.
