Abstract

GOMEZ GARCIA, Luis Demetrio. Challenges of Marketing and Information for Executive Education Export in Cuba. Cofin [online]. 2016, vol.10, n.2, pp. 76-94. ISSN 2073-6061.

A diagnostic about the state of the exportation of academic services in the universities from the Ministry of Higher Education (MES) of Cuba is carried out in this paper, specifying the managerial education given by the Centers and Departments of Direction Studies. The objective is to know the marketing effective level of these institutions as well as the quality of the information they count with for carrying out this activity. By contrasting the results of applying a questionnaire to the directors of the centers, with an interview to an official from the Ministry of Higher Education (MES), it is possible to perceive the low effectiveness of marketing actions and the lack of information to support this activity.

Keywords : executives; international business management; professional services.
