Abstract

VECINO GUERRA, Fernando  and  ZALDIVAR CASTRO, Antonio B.. Relation of Human Capital to Constant Capital and its Presence in the Assets of the General Balance. Cofin [online]. 2017, vol.11, n.1, pp. 1-11. ISSN 2073-6061.

Human capital develops men? productive forces. Such capital appears in the mechanized-industrial technological mode with the great scientific discoveries and their application to technologies. While arriving to the current automatic machines, we can see how the organic composition of capital changes by reducing the life cycles of the basic means with a higher accumulation and investment. Human capital also pursues the extraordinary surplus value, thus it creates new goods and knowledge and earns a place in the general balance and the cost record. The aim of this article is to contribute to the theoretical analysis of Capitalism in the current stage, through the study of Human capital in its essential function in the production of new assets and services, as well as its responsibility for social change. Research takes place starting from the identification of Marxist categories of value with the countable variables.

Keywords : individual capital; changeable capital; productive forces; extraordinary surplus value.
