Abstract

In this work, a model for managing the generation process of innovation capabilities is presented, with management being considered to be focused on innovation. The model was implemented as part of the postgraduate course in Training Management and Human Capital Development, through the project Generation of Innovation Capabilities. Postgraduate students did projects on innovation within organizations, and applied them to the entities they worked for later. The projects were aimed at improving training management in companies forming the consortium BioCubaFarma, the Cuban organization of Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industries.
