Abstract

LEAL RODRIGUEZ, Lisandra; GONZALEZ GONZALEZ, Aleida  and  REYES CANEDO, Maite. Model for Quality Improvement by Aligning Information and Business Technologies. Cofin [online]. 2021, vol.15, n.2, e18.  Epub July 29, 2021. ISSN 2073-6061.

Achieving the alignment of information technology and business is a current problem for organizations due to accelerated changes in the business and technological context. Based on this, tools have been designed that focus, fundamentally, on conceptualizing, measuring or evaluating alignment, considering it as a management process that can be used in improvement projects. The methods used were the review and analysis of the literature, observation and sequential experimentation. The main result was the model and procedure that allows its execution in accordance with good practices to align IT-business, international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 9004 and models of excellence in management.

Keywords : alignment; good practices; business..
