The paper addresses a case study related to process and content of corporate strategy, at Grupo Empresarial de la Informática y las Comunicaciones (GEIC), which plays a major role in cuban society. Techniques and design process of strategic choices are discussed, as a reference, to share possibilities of applying to similar purposes in different enterprises. Results include main categories of strategic process, SWOT analysis and strategic guidelines for the next three years.
