Abstract

Due to different difficulties that occur in risk management, it was proposed how to improve the management of business operating risks through computer techniques, so a computer application was developed that manages them from the completion of the main stages of the risk appreciation process, say identification, estimation and control using the XP development methodology. In this way, the aim was to raise the quality of risk treatment and the uncertainty of administrative processes. As a main result, it was obtained that the software developed could provide greater reliability in business administrative management, so its generalization was recommended in both the academic and business sectors.
