The central axis of this study is to evaluate the credit policies approved in the new forms of management, particularly for self-employed workers in Cuba, since the financial system in general, and banking institutions in particular, play a fundamental role in the implementation of the new financial policies, in accordance with the current regulations for the reorganization of self-employment activities.
