Results: lacks are diagnosed in the performance of the students that affect the responsibility value evidenced in the reasons why they chose the career, the poor motivation towards these studies for most of them, and the little or null participation in curricular and extracurricular activities, according to the answers given in the questionnaire. After having applied the strategy, it was verified that this behavior was modified because valuations of appropriate and moderately appropriate behavior prevailed in their performances. Conclusions: the strategy denotes coherence among its components and the validity of its actions to achieve the proposed objectives, what endorses the relevancy for its application in the pedagogic practice in view of the strengthening of the responsibility value in the students of the Bachelor of Nursing career.
