Stress is one of the most generalized health problems at present. It is a multi-variable phenomenon as a result of the interpersonal relations and environmental events. While facing the academic stress the students should know the demands and challenges of a great quantity of physical and psychological resources to face the problem. In front of this situation they may feel exhaustion, lack of interest for studies, nervousness and lack of emotional control, that´s why they require the help of the teaching personnel. The union of effects of the above mentioned factors affect the academic efficiency of the students and they can promote drug consumption, sleeping disorders, avoidance of responsibility and others which may have a negative effect in their working performance as future professionals and the achievement of their personal aspirations.
