The diploma course was valued and accepted by 12 experts through the Delphi Method. Its effectiveness was valued in two stages: diagnostic and assessment. Results: the study allowed diagnosing the deficiencies of the professors to assist the student´s diversity through established indicators for the curriculum, organization and methodology dimensions, for that reason a diploma course was elaborated with pertinent topics for its solution. Before its application very low levels of pedagogic knowledge were verified and after its application, a quality increase in the professor's preparation was observed.
