Society states the University the challenge to graduate professionals with certain values that Society states to the University the need for a specialized and basic training, the formation of professionals with certain values that allow them to face problems by solving them creatively and with a proper independence. Thus, the teaching-learning process is in charge of this task: preparing men to face life. This process is indispensable instrument to fulfill the social needs. The main efforts aimed to the teaching-learning process improvement in Higher Education are linked to the efforts to achieve perfection of graduates´ formation. It means to improve the answer to the needs stated by society, the education of "a new type of man", "a wide profile man" that contributes to the sustainable human development. The pre-professional practice is an essential component in undergraduate programs development, which takes the form of integrated professional practicum that implies not only observing and implementing solution alternatives but also to reconstruct and reformulate knowledge to transform objective reality according to the professional context in question. For this reason it is necessary to make a synthesis of the main objectives of the formation program since it is the mean to establish theory-practice relationship.
