In this sense the role of the tutor is analyzed, it must develop their teaching duties with a mediating attitude between the institution and the company and its pedagogical, educational and vocational skills should allow him to direct the process of teaching and learning in the workplace, a study was developed with the aim to measure the attitude of the tutors regarding dual training, identifying negative factors associated with the aptitude and attitude assumed.
