Discrete mathematics is not well understood by those involved in Media Education. Here an overview of the importance of discrete mathematics in the current development of society and the need to provide training is addressed in the resolution of their problems. The interrelationships between analyzed: educational psychology and personality characteristics of students involved; methods and procedures necessary for the development of the treated activity; forms of organization and training. As a result of the research process a system of own training principles for solving problems of discrete mathematics it is conceptualized. Finally, the social impact of training is analyzed.
