The changes and transformations that happen in the Secondary Education, demand from a scientific vision and practice of the process that it is developed in the school, which has in their center the director’s work whose activity pedagogic professional has as end driving the Educational Politics’s concretion in the school, in correspondence with the diagnosis of the educational context, to achieve the exe­cution of the end and the objectives, using with efficiency the resources technician - materials that it prepares. This work makes part of the results of a project of investigation by investigators of the ICCP.
