Abstract

The work exploratory analysis of good manufacturing practices of the shrimp farming sector. JK Association APROCAM Case Study, was conducted in the canton Santa Rosa. It was aimed to promote management practices shrimp sector, which contribute to the success of its farming and preserving natural coastal environments. In order to meet this demand, documentary analysis was used as the main method, performing the verification and regulatory procedures assumed in relation to the best shrimp productive execution and preservation of the natural coastal environment. It allowed to achieve as a main result, an analysis on best practices in the production of crustacean and positive or negative conditions which accelerate or delay the environmental economic benefits.
