Abstract

In a 21st century society, the university, as an institution, should respond to the development of digital and social web with training approaches for its teachers, based on their most effective performance in academic, research and social projection. This means achieving the appropriate computer and information skills linked to the construction of knowledge. The paper presents the description and analysis of a training program in computer and information, and sequenced with differentiated levels of learning for teaching skills. The success of this initiative led to a change in the culture and mode of action of those involved in its work in the teaching / learning and production, validation and dissemination of knowledge in our university.
