Abstract

The current paper of documentary review analyzes the relationship between the corporate social responsibility and the human talent. Initially it is stated the complementarity of the mentioned areas in the organization as a new approach of a corporate strategy, in such a way that employees can be aligned and identified with it. Furthermore, this paper details the corporate social responsibility (CSR) with the different human talent subsystems, internal and external approaches, and the consequences in employee performance. Finally it concludes with the three that most important aspects: the CSR and the human talent department line up in the organization.
