The evaluation as a component of the teaching-learning process focuses the attention of managers, teachers, students and parents given its relevance to publicize the results achieved in the training of students, the quality of the teacher's performance and the effectiveness of the process Educational, everything from the point of view. The present article The improvement of the evaluation process of the students of the Basic Education is based theoretically and methodologically in the evaluation, it offers definition, requirements, characteristics, tendencies and functions. The proposal allowed to advance in their learning, with security and of solid form, giving more value to the process than to the result, in order to favor a correct answer in the attention to the diversity. The results of the applied diagnosis allowed to know that the teachers design the evaluations without considering the diversity existing in the classroom of the regular class, the characteristics of the students and their rhythm and style of learning are not evaluated. In order to respond to the problem, a didactic guidance guide was developed for the improvement of the student evaluation process directed at teachers in Basic Education, which includes evaluation activities in response to individual differences.
