Abstract

The objective of this article is to diagnose the agro-productive chain of beans in the province of Cienfuegos. In its development, different methods and techniques were used, such as: documentary analysis, surveys, questionnaires, direct observation, as well as other specific to science. The work is oriented in the first moment to establish the referential theoretical frame about the forms of productive articulation. The methodology of vulnerability analysis of processes (AVP) applied to the bean agro-productive chain is presented as a case study and the main results of the diagnosis are exposed with the strengths and weaknesses that characterize it and the main needs to achieve the improvement of the process.
